PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

The Y35 Discovery Programme is a structured youth development system designed for young people aged 13–18.

It helps students understand who they are, discover their natural talents, explore real-world opportunities, and make informed life decisions, all within a guided and supportive framework.

This is not a one-time workshop. It is a complete system that combines self-discovery, talent identification, opportunity exploration, decision-making, and long-term mentorship into one integrated journey.

Self Discovery Programme

Students develop a deep understanding of who they are, including their identity, personality, interests, and strengths.

 

They explore what makes them unique and begin building confidence in their self-awareness.

Talent Discovery Programme

Students engage in structured activities designed to reveal their natural talents.

 

Through facilitator observation and digital assessment, talents are identified, validated, and categorised.

 

Each student receives a personalised Talent Profile.

Future Pathways Programme

Students explore how their talents connect to real-world opportunities.

 

They are exposed to careers, industries, entrepreneurship, and alternative pathways moving beyond traditional career thinking.

Understanding of multiple pathways and opportunities aligned with their strengths

Life Direction Programme

Students translate their insights into clear and confident decisions.

 

They receive guidance on subject choices, education pathways, and future planning.

Clear direction and a structured personal action plan

Students continue their journey through mentorship, development opportunities, and access to networks.

 

This ensures long-term growth beyond the initial programme.
